CMS advises Lutron on acquisition of Orluna LED Technologies

CMS has advised Lutron on its first acquisition outside North America as it acquired Orluna LED Technologies, a UK-based manufacturer specialising in architectural lighting fixtures.

Lutron is a leading innovator in lighting control, automated shading, and intelligent lighting, providing solutions to allow people to manage natural and electric light to create better places to work, live and play–with simplicity and energy savings. Headquartered in North America, Lutron provides luxury lighting control systems on a global scale, from Asia Pacific and the Middle East to Europe and the UK.

Orluna LED Technologies, a brand founded in 2010 with a portfolio consisting of downlights, uplights and architectural fixtures, will benefit from Lutron’s global resources while remaining headquartered in the UK.
