CMS announced as founding partner of The Female Forum’s new Digital Assets Chapter
CMS is pleased to announce that the firm is a founding partner of The Female Forum’s new Digital Assets Chapter, a new industry collaboration designed to bring together senior leaders across the digital assets ecosystem to drive stronger alignment, insight sharing, and strategic connection.
The Chapter launches with three founding firms, each representing a key pillar of the ecosystem:
- CMS as Legal Insights Partner
- Fidelity Digital Assets® as institutional grade custody provider
- TRM Labs as Technology Partner
A fourth partner representing the investment pillar is expected to join the collaboration, further strengthening the Chapter’s cross-industry perspective.
Together, the partners bring complementary expertise and a shared ambition to support the responsible growth and innovation of the digital assets industry.
Fiona Henderson, Partner at CMS UK, commented: “As the legal and regulatory landscape for digital assets continues to develop at pace, it is essential that legal perspectives are shaped alongside market participants. CMS is proud to join the Digital Assets Chapter as Legal Insights Partner. By bringing together women from across disciplines in the industry, the Chapter offers a unique opportunity for diverse, cross-sector, collaborative dialogue.”
The launch comes at a pivotal moment for the industry. As institutional adoption accelerates, the digital assets ecosystem is evolving at pace across infrastructure, regulation, and market participation. With this rapid development comes a clear opportunity to connect expertise, align perspectives, and actively shape the future of digital assets and crypto adoption.
The initiative takes the form of a quarterly, invitation-only roundtable series, convening a carefully curated group of leading women from across custody, legal, technology, and investment. Designed as a peer-level, discussion-led forum, the Chapter enables deeper exchange, more candid perspectives, and long-term relationship building across disciplines.
Nora Stolz, Founder of The Female Forum, said: “We launched the Digital Assets Chapter to create a space where insight sharing and collaboration is not just encouraged, but designed. Bringing together expertise across custody, legal, and technology allows for more informed conversations and stronger industry alignment.”
Isabell Moessler, Digital Assets Chapter Lead, added: “This initiative connects the people shaping the industry. By creating a trusted environment for open dialogue, we enable more meaningful exchange and better outcomes for the ecosystem as a whole.”
