Fiona is a Partner in the Banking Team. 

She acts for a range of clients including fintechs, corporates, clearing banks, funds, and private equity sponsors in relation to cross border and domestic, syndicated and bilateral funding transactions. She specialises in fintech, tech finance, and digital assets. 

Fiona is also part of the specialist embedded finance team at CMS. She advises clients across a range of embedded finance products including: B2B BNPL, B2C BNPL, embedded lending and payments, revenue-based financing, income share arrangements, and embedded insurance.

She is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Scotland.
