CMS appointed to Legends Global’s newly created European panel
CMS has been appointed to Legends Global’s newly created European panel. CMS is one of only two firms to be appointed as key legal advisors.

The business operates over 450 venues globally, including venues in the UK and Europe including AO Arena in Manchester, Olympia and OVO Arena Wembley in London, Avicii Arena in Stockholm, as well as partnering with iconic football clubs including Chelsea Football Club, FC Porto and more.
CMS previously advised legacy company ASM Global on multiple key UK transactions, including the 2024 acquisition of the management rights and operational leases of Sheffield City Hall and the Utilita Arena, as well as their appointment as operating partner of the new £78m Marine Lake Event Centre development in Southport.
The CMS team worked across multiple practice areas in numerous European jurisdictions, including England, Scotland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Finland.
