Matt is a partner in the Real Estate Department of CMS Liverpool. He has wide ranging experience in dealing with all aspects of investment, development and mixed-use real estate transactions. Matt acts for a range of developer and funder clients and previously worked inhouse for a FTSE-250 construction and development company.

Relevant experience

  • an investor client on the acquisition of a portfolio of five BTR schemes (all at different stages of development).
  • A national developer client on forward funding schemes at a flagship development in the North West.
  • Investor clients on the acquisition, financing, management and disposal of retail and logistic assets.
  • Leading on the sale of a portfolio of warehouses for a large investment client.
