CMS has today launched the ‘CMS Workplace Mediation Service’, offering employers throughout the UK, and those locked in conflict at work, a sustainable and speedy solution to seemingly intractable problems.
Providing all the benefits of an in-house mediation service without the implementation cost or the training time, the service is fully flexible and can deal with short facilitated discussions lasting only a few hours, to longer full day mediations or team mediations.
The team includes nine accredited mediators based throughout the UK who are experienced in a range of workplace and commercial disputes.
Anthony Fincham who heads up the new Workplace Mediation Service, commented: “We see this as an exciting opportunity to help clients solve conflict at work. Such conflicts do not always lend themselves to traditional internal processes. Our flexible mediation service offers clients a fresh approach to resolving workplace disputes in a cost effective and professional manner.”
