This is the latest production investment on which Olswang has advised FremantleMedia, having advised over the past 18 months on FremantleMedia's investment in Wild Blue Productions, founded by Gary Hunter which will focus on creating new returnable brands with broad international appeal across factual, factual entertainment and live events; Doctor Pluto, established by Sam Pollard and James Abadi, creators of the multi-award winning Release the Hounds format; Full Fat TV, a factual entertainment production company established by Colette Foster; Man Alive Entertainment, established by Justin Gorman to focus on large scale entertainment and factual entertainment programming as well as reality, game show and quiz formats; Naked Entertainment, established by Simon Andreae to develop original entertainment, factual and factual entertainment formats; and Corona TV, established by Richard Johns and Rupert Jermyn and focused on scripted programmes.

The FremantleMedia legal team was supervised by General Counsel Robin Chalmers and the Olswang team for these projects included Simon Morgan, Victoria Gaskell, Mark Joscelyne, Ed Buggé and Robert Sartor.

Simon Morgan, Partner, commented: "We are delighted to have advised FremantleMedia on these investments. With support from FremantleMedia we look forward to seeing each of these companies developing outstanding content, thereby securing creative and commercial success".
