Abbie is a Senior Associate in the employment team.

Abbie primarily acts for employers and has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors, including completing secondments to a FTSE 100 financial services firm and a leading energy company.

Abbie advises clients on complex employee relations issues, such as disciplinary processes, performance management, grievances and absence management. She also advises employers on industrial relations issues.

Abbie is experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating service agreements, consultancy agreements and settlement agreements. She regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including the implications of TUPE.

Abbie regularly represents clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including in relation to complaints of equal pay and discrimination.
