Transactions, whether M&A, outsourcing or insourcing, are a core part of many of our clients’ businesses;  however, while the key commercial heads of terms are generally hammered out early in the day, what is often overlooked are the essential people issues. 

Ensuring that you get these right is fundamental to the success of a transaction.  There is not a one size fits all solution and getting it right requires sector specific expertise. 

In this, the first of our three-part webinar series focusing on people considerations in various different sector-specific transactions, Abbie Harley, Angela Greenough and Billy Bradley will explain what happens to regulatory approvals following a TUPE transfer and the impact will the operational resilience regulatory regime have on your organisation's TUPE position.
