Adam is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team. After training at CMS, he qualified as a solicitor in January 2018. Adam advises banks, insolvency practitioners, corporates and UHNW individuals on a range of high-value and complex commercial disputes and contentious insolvency matters.

Whilst training at the firm, Adam was seconded to the Banking and Finance Department of the CMS Prague office for 6 months.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Adam worked for a boutique foreign exchange brokerage.

  • An Australian subsidiary of a global automotive group in relation to its contractual dispute with a UK company, ultimately resulting in the client proving at trial that bribes had been paid to a former CEO and securing a c.AUD10m judgment in its favour.
  • The administrators of Polly Peck International Limited in relation to the closing stages of its administration, which had been running since 1990.
  • An UHNW individual in relation to a multi-million dollar dispute with another UNHW individual spanning a number of jurisdictions.
  • A major bank in relation to seeking injunctive relief in response to a fraud perpetuated against it by an employee of the bank.
