Adam is an Associate in our Real Estate team handling all aspects of commercial property transactions. Adam acts for a range of clients including household name retailers, global institutional investors and large property investment companies.

Adam qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and joined us in 2024. He is based in our Liverpool office.

Relevant experience

NewRiver REIT plc on the management of over GBP 2bn in property assets across the UK, including multiple retail parks and shopping centres.
Daily asset management support to a range of household name retailers including Matalan Retail Ltd and Argos Limited across extensive portfolios of retail stores.
A national retailer in daily asset management transactions for a portfolio of more than 1,000 stores.
A national retailer on the sale of 28 convenience stores in compliance with Competition Market Authority requirements following a GBP 190m acquisition of a competitor.
A ports operator in securing a transformative deal for the City of Liverpool’s cruise liner terminal in a landmark transaction.
A UK plc on the letting and occupation of a newly developed 332,000 sq ft ambient warehouse facility.
