Adrian is a Senior Associate in the Insurance and Reinsurance Group, based in our Bristol office. Adrian regularly advises on a variety of insurance coverage disputes across numerous classes of business.
Adrian has gained significant experience in defending professional negligence claims, with a particular focus on claims against legal and construction professionals. He has experience in non-contentious insurance issues such as policy drafting and wording reviews, and advising on collateral warranty agreements for construction professionals.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Adrian worked as a financial lines claims handler. He has recently completed an extended secondment to the complex claims department of a leading international insurer.
