Adrian is a Senior Associate in the Insurance and Reinsurance Group, based in our Bristol Office. He regularly advises on a variety of insurance coverage disputes across numerous classes of business, including complex coverage issues arising from cladding and fire safety claims against solvent and insolvent entities, and their insurers.
Adrian has gained significant experience in defending professional negligence claims, with a particular focus on claims against legal and construction professionals. He has experience in non-contentious insurance issues such as insurance policy drafting and wording reviews, as well as advising construction professionals on appointments and collateral warranty agreements.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Adrian worked as a financial lines claims handler. He has previously completed an extended secondment to the complex claims department of a leading international insurer, handling a diverse range of national and international risks.
