Aisha is an Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy disputes team in London. She advises clients on resolving disputes arising out of major construction and engineering projects. She has experience of litigation, arbitration and adjudication dispute resolution methods. 

Relevant experience

  • A Project Company in relation to a range of defects in an acute hospital, including disputes with the NHS Trust, construction contractor and fire authority enforcement action. 
  • A client who is part of a joint venture relating to a USD 3bn metro rail project in the Middle East. 
  • A leading contractor on two separate disputes relating to cladding and fire safety defects in residential and student accommodation with downstream claims made under the Pre-Action Protocol process. 
  • A government body relating to contractor insolvency and termination costs under an amended NEC4 Engineering and Construction contract.
