Alan was made partner in May 2014.
Alan is client relationship partner at CMS for a number of CMS’ largest real estate clients including managing the Columbia Threadneedle, Brookfield, London Square and Davidson Kempner relationships.
Alan has been personally involved in over £4 billion of investment transactions over the last 3 years and has been recognised for some time by the legal publications as a leading individual in the UK Real Estate market.
Alan acts for a mix of small and large funds, property investment and development clients. His experience includes investment sales and purchases (both funded and un-funded), forward-funding and mixed-use development, property management and general landlord and tenant work.
