Amelia is an Associate based in the Real Estate department in our Liverpool office. She has a broad range of experience in investment and property management as well as development projects, acting for clients across a number of sectors including retail, office, logistics and industrial.
Amelia acts for a variety of clients including retailers, retail operators, private equity real estate funds and investor clients, for which she manages day-to-day asset management and portfolio matters. She has also assisted with the acquisition, disposal and financing of multi-let commercial properties, undertaking property due diligence on high value corporate transactions.
