Amrik is an associate in the Pensions team advising trustees, employers, and insurers. Amrik advises on all aspects of pensions law, including administration of schemes, funding negotiations, corporate transactions, and pensions disputes. Amrik has experience acting for both insurers and trustees on de-risking projects.

Relevant experience

Advising on buy-in transactions of a variety of scale, from under £20 million to over £2.5 billion.
Supporting trustees and employers during benefit restructuring projects and funding negotiations.
Advising trustees on their responses to a significant data breach incident at an administrator.
