Andrew is a partner and Co-head of our Real Estate sector acting for owners including institutions, pension funds, property funds and local authorities on all aspects of acquisition, disposal and management of their property portfolios. Andrew also acts for numerous occupiers in the retail office and leisure sectors with a focus on US corporates. Andrew also represents developers in the office, residential and student accommodation sectors.

  • A multinational technology retailer in the UK – advising for over 20 years on first their expansion into the UK and then subsequently on the regear of the fleet of over 25 stores. Acting on the acquisition of numerous of their offices in the UK.
  • Alternative Developments – advising on the site assembling development, financing letting and disposal of various mixed use schemes including a campus site for an American University.
  • Bayerische Hamsbau - advising on their first UK acqusition of an office building in London.
  • BBC Pension Trust – advising the BBC generally on their investment portfolio for over 25 years including acquisitions and disposals development projects and all management work. 
  • Deloitte & Touche – advising Deloitte & Touche on all aspects of their occupational portfolio for over 25 years. Recent work has included taking pre-lets of buildings across the UK.
  • Clearbell – advising on acquisitions and disposal work including the sale of significant London office assets, office parks and retail investments over 25 years.
  • Ralph Lauren - advising Ralph Lauren on the acqusition of various occupation properties to include offices and retail stores.
  • The Estate Office - recently appointed to advise on all aspects of their significant property holdings in London.
  • Wholefoods Market – advising Wholefoods on the acquisition of their European flagship store in Kensington High Street and generally on their portfolio of stores.
