Andrew is a partner in the Employee Incentives Team.  Andrew specialises in employee incentives and rewards. He works with a broad spectrum of UK-based clients, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to smaller private companies and start-ups. Andrew also has a wealth of experience in helping international companies with the extension of their share plan arrangements into multiple jurisdictions.

Andrew has a particular flair for delivering innovative incentive solutions in private companies, with a focus on companies in the technology and media sectors.
