M&G Real Estate in the development and pre-letting of their landmark, mixed use development at Haymarket Square, Edinburgh (380,000 sq ft of office, 40,000 sq ft of retail and a 349 room hotel), comprising 2 deals which have won the Scottish Property Awards Deal of the Year.
M&G Real Estate in the development and pre-letting of The Capitol, Aberdeen with occupiers such as PWC, Dentons and Ryden.
Universities Superannuation Scheme on their acquisition and asset management of the St John’s Centre, Perth over a period in excess of a decade.
M&G Real Estate on the acquisition, development, pre-letting and subsequent sale of office developments at Quartermile 3 and 4, Edinburgh to Triuva and KanAm Grund for a combined price of circa GBP 110m.
