Ben Bodmer is a senior associate in the R&I team at CMS. He works with a range of stakeholders across various sectors and jurisdictions, advising creditors, debtors and officeholders on a range of issues from restructurings to formal insolvencies.
Ben has particular experience in company voluntary arrangements and sales from administration, as well as contentious insolvency matters and cross-border recognition of insolvencies. He has worked on high-profile matters in these areas and has delivered successful outcomes to clients.
