Ben Bodmer is a senior associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency team at CMS. He works with a range of stakeholders across various sectors and jurisdictions, including advising creditors, debtors, office holders and regulators, on a range of issues from restructurings to formal insolvencies.
In particular, Ben has experience advising in circumstances relating to companies in financial distress by providing on-going advice to stakeholders, directors and office holders, including on contingency planning, exit strategies, contentious insolvency matters, company voluntary arrangements, regulatory issues and cross-border recognition of insolvencies. He has worked on high-profile matters in the distressed space and has delivered successful outcomes to clients.
