Ben Brown is a Senior Associate in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group.
Ben has experience in a range of insurance market disputes and complex coverage matters, focusing primarily on Financial Lines (W&I, D&O, FI & PI). Ben has also worked on a number of high-profile Healthcare and Cyber claims.
Ben’s experience also covers policy drafting, including wordings reviews, bespoke wordings, and endorsements.
Ben has been on secondment in the Major Loss (subsequently D&O) team at an international insurer, in the Legal team at a broker and the M&A Transactional team in a major bank.
