Bernard advises fund managers on fund formation, operation and investment matters for a range of asset classes including real estate, private equity and infrastructure. His practice also covers joint venture and club arrangements in addition to fund advisory matters at all stages of the fund lifecycle. He also advises fund managers and investors on their investments into both domestic and international fund structures.
Having previously worked as an associate in the Australian investment funds team of a global law firm for a number of years, Bernard also has experience in international cross-border matters in the Asia-Pacific region as well as across the UK and Europe.
