Callum is a member of the Corporate Group, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office. Callum has over ten years’ experience advising on a wide range of corporate law matters, including M&A, private equity, growth capital, group reorganisations and general corporate governance.
Callum specialises in M&A, with a particular focus on deals with an international element. He works in a range of sectors including Financial Services and Technology.
