Callum is a member of the Corporate Group, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office. Callum has over ten years’ experience advising on a wide range of corporate law matters, including M&A, private equity, growth capital, group reorganisations and general corporate governance.
Callum has a particular focus on the Financial Services sector. He regularly acts on transactions involving regulated entities, fintech and payments platforms, wealth and asset management businesses, specialist lenders, and FS technology services providers. His experience spans UK and international mandates and includes five years working in the London market before relocating back to Edinburgh.
Callum has been recognised as a 'Leading Associate' by UK Legal 500.
