Caoimhe is an Associate in the Financial Services Regulatory team. She advises a broad range of clients across the financial services sector, including investment firms, asset managers, FMIs and payment institutions on regulatory matters.
Caoimhe has a particular focus on outsourcing by regulated financial institutions, complex commercial contracts and the operational aspects of financial services regulation.
Prior to joining CMS, Caoimhe trained and qualified at a leading law firm in Dublin, where she gained experience advising on both Irish and EU financial regulatory matters.
