Cecilia Pataut is an associate in the Antitrust, Competition and Trade team at CMS. Cecilia advises on a range of EU competition law issues. Her competition law experience includes advising on EU and French merger control and assisting clients in antitrust proceedings before the French Competition Authority. Cecilia also has experience in advising clients in their State aid matters.
Prior to joining CMS, Cecilia worked in a leading independent law firm in Paris, where she advised both national and international clients on a range of French and EU competition law matters.
