Charlotte is an experienced property litigator.

Charlotte has a particular experience in acting for landowner clients in connection with Electronic Communications Code disputes. Charlotte is experienced in acting for landowners faced with requests from operators proposing initial surveys on their land, proposing installations, requiring renewal of existing agreements and terminating agreements or relocating equipment where landowners are looking to redevelop their site.

In addition to her special interest in telecoms, Charlotte has extensive experience advising both commercial landlord and occupier clients in connection with a wide range of property-related disputes including but not limited to including break notices, opposed and unopposed business lease renewals, dilapidations, breach of covenant, forfeiture, arrears recovery, tenant insolvency. Charlotte also has experience in connection with development-related disputes including easements, restrictive covenants and overage.
