Chloe is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Sheffield office. She has extensive experience advising on a wide variety of commercial property matters, covering a broad range of property work. Her clients range from institutional landlords to property investment companies and pension funds. Chloe has been involved in single asset and portfolio acquisitions, disposals and re-financing and has a wide experience in relation to landlord and tenant asset management work, with a focus on the management of shopping centres and and retail parks.

Relevant experience

Tarmac on disposals and acquisitions of new interests in land for extraction of minerals and managing their existing landholding.
A minerals operator on the refinancing of their property interests.
The Crown Estate on the general asset management (including new lettings and renewals) and pre-lets at several properties within the regional portfolio and acting on the sale of several of The Crown Estste’s regional assets.
Battersea Power Station on the large scale retail, leisure and F&B pre-let project.
Primary Health Properties on the re-financing of a large portfolio, the acquisition of healthcare properties and general estate management of properties including new lettings, renewals and leasehold management for the provision of healthcare throughout the UK.
Intu on the ongoing letting and management of the Metrocentre and Metro Retail Park in Gateshead.
