Chris Chambers is a Real Estate Partner based in our Sheffield office. He has extensive experience of a broad range of property matters, with particular expertise in relation to asset management work, focusing on the management of industrial estates and shopping centres. Chris is also involved in the acquisition, disposal and financing of industrial estates, shopping centres and other multi-let properties.

Chris’ clients comprise institutional landlords and other public and private companies and institutions, including Mileway, AEW, Tritax Big Box, Landsec, Columbia Threadneedle and CBRE Investment Management.

Relevant experience

Mileway on the asset management of their entire UK portfolio.
Tritax Big Box on the asset management of a portfolio of 32 industrial estates valued at circa. GBP 600m.
AEW on acquisitions, disposals and asset management across a number of UK Funds.
The Metrocentre Partnership on the ongoing letting, management and further development of the Metrocentre and Metro Retail Park in Gateshead.
Landsec on the ongoing lettings and asset management in relation to St David's Shopping Centre, Cardiff and White Rose Centre, Leeds.
Columbia Threadneedle on the acquisition, disposal and asset management of a range of assets.
CBRE Investment Management on sales, acquisitions and asset management work in respect of retail, industrial and office properties for various funds managed by CBREIM.
Various corporate clients on all aspects of office relocation projects, from initial market analysis to heads of terms stage and through to completion.
