Christopher is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group. He advises on a range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A (both private and public), joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance matters. Christopher has acted for public and private clients across a number of sectors, including financial institutions, consumer retail, energy and government.

Prior to joining the team, Christopher was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm in London. Christopher has also spent time on secondment to the in-house legal teams of Oxford Nanopore Technologies and Intertek.

Greencore in relation to its GBP 1.2bn recommended acquisition of Bakkavor.*
Sotheby’s on its USD 1bn sale of a minority stake to ADQ, an Abu Dhabi-based investment and holding company.*
