CMS advises OpenBet on acquisition of lottery sportsbook specialist OmniLogic
CMS has advised OpenBet, a global provider of sports betting technology, content and services powering the platforms of major gambling and entertainment operators, on its agreement to acquire OmniLogic, a sportsbook technology provider focused on the global lottery market.
The acquisition further strengthens OpenBet's offering to lottery operators globally and expands its specialist sportsbook capabilities within regulated lottery markets. OmniLogic provides omnichannel betting solutions across retail, online and mobile channels to lottery and betting operators across EMEA, with capabilities including trading, risk management and back-office functionality.
OmniLogic's management team and employees, principally based in Győr, Hungary, will join OpenBet following completion.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete later this year.
