Claire is an associate in the Antitrust, Competition and Trade Team at CMS. She advises clients on a variety of competition and regulatory matters. Her competition experience includes advising on EU and UK merger control aspects of transactions, Article 101/Chapter I and Article 102/Chapter II investigations, and competition law risk management and compliance training. Claire also has particular expertise advising clients on the implications of EU and UK telecoms regulation, on the application of the UK foreign investment control regime, and advising clients in the adtech sector. 

Claire joined CMS in February 2022, having trained at a specialist technology, media and telecoms firm.
