Conor is an Associate based in our Liverpool office. He has acted on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on the retail and industrial sectors.

Conor has extensive experience in asset management work, acting for both landlords and tenants. He also assists with large scale acquisitions and disposals and deals with property due diligence for high value corporate transactions.

NewRiver REIT plc: Acting on daily asset management transactions covering 23 community shopping centres and retail parks.
Matalan Retail Ltd: Acting on daily asset management transactions across a large portfolio of retail stores.
Leading on the property aspects of a re-financing for a national retailer with a facility of over £100m.
Acting for a national convenience store operator in relation to its disposal portfolio of going concerns.
Acting for a national retailer in an asset purchase of a property portfolio comprising over 200 convenience stores.
Acting on daily asset management transactions for several shopping centres owned by an investor client.
