Craig is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department and a member of our Energy & Climate Change sector group. 

With established expertise in mergers and acquisitions, investments and group reorganisations, Craig advises a variety of clients across all aspects of the corporate lifecycle from initial start-up and investment, fundraising through to acquisitions and ultimately disposals, in particular relating to the energy sector.

  • Neo Energy on the acquisition of the UK oil and gas assets of JX Nippon, ExxonMobil and Total.
  • Venterra on the acquisition of offshore wind service companies, Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions, Osbit and FoundOcean
  • ConocoPhillips on the sale of its UK E&P business to Chrysaor (now Harbour Energy).
  • Vattenfall on the agreement to sell South Kyle Wind Farm, a consented onshore wind farm consisting of 50 wind turbines with 240MW capacity, to Greencoat.
  • Buckthorn Partners on the acquisition of oil and gas service company Coretrax.
  • Red Rock Power on the acquisition from RWE of Benbrack Wind Farm Limited, the owner of a consented 72MW wind farm consisting of up to 18 wind turbines.
  • The shareholders of Guardian Global Technologies on the sale of the oil and gas service company to Core Laboratories.
  • Alpha Real Capital on the acquisition of two Myreton SPVs, the owners of combined 22.9MW wind farms.
  • Elm Solar Holdings on the acquisition of a portfolio of 9 solar farms with a combined capacity of 47.6MW from Blue Elephant Energy.
