 Dave has 20 years real estate experience and is expert in his areas of practice of property development and investment.  He acts for local authorities, major property companies and investors. 

He has extensive experience of large mixed use property development including long term urban redevelopment projects for both the public and private sector as well high value, complex property investment. Dave is known for providing targeted, timely advice to deliver projects as efficiently as possible.

Relevant experience

  • Bolton City Council on a number of their town centre regeneration projects with a combined gross development value of circa £300 million.
  • Renaker on the funding, development and investment sales of the £750 million, 1,500 residential unit Deansgate Square, Manchester development, including the forward sale of one of the residential towers, for circa £100 million to an institutional investor as a BtR investments.
  • Mountpark Properties on its sale of a multi-jurisdictional portfolio of industrial and logistics assets with a value in excess of £500 million.
  • Muse Developments opposite Network Rail and Pension Investment Corporation on the £225 million development funding of the “New Victoria” development adjacent to Victoria Station, Manchester comprising 500+ BtR units, hotel, commercial and extensive new public realm.
  • Vita Group on the £600 million portfolio sale to German finance house DWS of eight student accommodation developments in England and Scotland; the portfolio comprises 3,198 beds across five investment and three ongoing development sites all of which Vita Group continue to manage for DWS.
  • Kish Properties on the acquisition, development and disposal (for £250 million) of office premises at St. James Square, London in a corporate wrapper.
