David Abel has been a partner in our Transactional Real Estate team since 2015. He has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate work including investment sales and purchases, development transactions and all aspects of landlord and tenant work for both landlords and tenants. He has been a member of the Model Commercial Lease committee since 2016 and has played a key role in the development of a series of balanced standard documents which help streamline asset management transactions.
David also heads up the charity committee in our Bristol office which organises various events throughout the year to raise money for a local charity.
