Euan is an Associate in the Banking team.
He acts for a range of clients including corporates, banks, funds and private equity sponsors in relation to cross border and domestic syndicated and bilateral funding transactions. Complementing his practice in bilateral and syndicated loan structures, Euan has experience advising both originators and other transaction parties in receivables financing arrangements including securitisations and forward flow transactions.
Working across multiple sectors, in addition to traditional corporate lending and structured finance transactions, Euan has experience in fintech and is a member of CMS’ specialist embedded finance team.
