Euan is an Associate in the Banking team.
He acts for a range of clients including corporates, banks, funds and private equity sponsors in relation to cross border and domestic syndicated and bilateral funding transactions.
Working across multiple sectors, in addition to traditional corporate lending, Euan has experience in fintech and is a member of CMS’ specialist embedded finance team.
