Finn Potter is an associate in the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Team at CMS. Finn advises on a range of EU and UK competition law and regulatory issues. His competition experience includes advising on EU and UK merger control and he has experience coordinating merger control filings in jurisdictions around the world. Finn also has experience advising on the application of the UK’s foreign investment regime and the application of UK and EU sanctions.
Prior to joining CMS, Finn trained at a leading international law firm and completed a client secondment to a client in the aviation sector.
