Fran joined CMS in July 2024 as a Junior Associate in the Corporate One North Team. Prior to joining CMS, Fran completed her training contract and her first three newly qualified years in a successful North West corporate and commercial team. Fran has advised on mergers, acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, equity investment and business start-ups (including shareholder arrangements), share options and share buy-backs and in business or group restructuring. Fran prides herself of being hardworking and curious in her early years as a corporate lawyer. Fran is a measured and professional lawyer who is approachable in her day-to-day matters. Fran previously undertook the role as sector lead in the hospitality and leisure team, as well as, a member of the finance services sector. In her spare time, Fran undertakes her role as the Captain of the Republic of Ireland in Netball.
