CMS has advised private equity firm Piper Private Equity on its investment in London pizza chain Yard Sale Pizza.
Founded in 1985, Piper Private Equity specialises in acquisition, growth capital, management buyout, and management buy-in investments in the retail, education, leisure, and consumer products and services sectors. This investment will support Yard Sale Pizza’s expansion across London and into new cities, as well as enhance their personalised customer experience and innovation in collaborations and partnerships.
