Frankie is an Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department in London. Her previous experience includes acting for a variety of clients in a wide range of contentious matters including pre-action advice, domestic and cross-border litigation and regulatory investigations. Frankie’s work often involves a cross-border element, and she has experience of working across the CMS network on large disputes and projects.  Frankie has been involved in two of The Lawyer’s “Top 20” cases in the last few years, and is part of the small team representing a private client in respect of  “one of the largest and most complex pieces of litigation to be heard in the Commercial Court”. 

Clients that Frankie acts for include large international corporations and household names, primarily in the technology and retail sectors.

  • Multiple national companies in relation to claims resulting from data breaches. 
  • Multiple corporations in the retail and technology sectors in relation to claims arising from the breach of IT service contracts. 
  • A major retailer in relation to a contractual dispute with a large supplier. 
  • A private client in relation to a complex multi-billion pound dispute involving allegations of international fraud and conspiracy. 
  • A major retailer in relation to an investigation by the Competition and Markets Authority.  
  • An international IT supplier in proceedings arising from the implementation of an insurance platform.
