Gemma is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Transactions team in London. Gemma has experience in a range of corporate transactions, including private company acquisitions and disposals, venture capital investments, initial public offerings and reorganisations. She also regularly advises on corporate governance matters. Prior to joining CMS Gemma worked in-house at a multi-national bank.
She advises a mixture of listed companies, entrepreneurs and private companies, with a particular focus on the fintech and financial services sector.
