Gerard is a Senior Associate in the Pensions Team. He provides advice across the spectrum of pension issues to trustees, employers and insurers, including in relation to de-risking, scheme governance, data protection, scheme restructuring, bulk-transfers, Ombudsman complaints, and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.
