Helen is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Transactional team. Helen joined the Bristol office in 2015 after training in CMS’ London office.

Helen’s practice ranges across many areas in the real estate industry acting for institutional investors, funders, developers, owners and occupiers. Helen deals with a wide range of asset classes including retail, offices, industrial and energy. She has acted on acquisitions and disposals and the full remit of Landlord and Tenant work.

Relevant experience

M&G Real Estate on the sale and purchase of various investment properties.
A number of leading property funds on property management matters, including new lettings at shopping centres and office blocks, including with substantial fit out and development works.
A leading renewable energy investor in connection with the property due diligence on various wind and solar farm acquisitions.
A leading developer of student accommodation on the acquisition and development of various student accommodation blocks
A group of lender clients led by AIB Group (UK) Plc as Agent and Structuring Bank on a £120m refinancing of two biomethane anaerobic-digestion (AD) facilities in Cambridgeshire.
