Relevant experience

Welsh Education MIM Projects – WEPCo on the Flintshire and RCT schools projects and the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan college project delivered under the mutual investment model.
Rooftop solar projects – Amazon on EPC contracts to install rooftop solar power generation in locations across continental Europe.
Operational hospital PFI projects – lenders, project companies and contractors in relation to operational hospital PFI projects, including settlements, variations and lender consents.
Data centre projects – Microsoft on energy and real estate aspects of their data center projects across continental Europe, including an embedded secondment to the Microsoft team.
Ground source heat pumps – Legal & General on their tie up with Kensa to deliver ground source heat pumps for large scale accommodation projects.
Operational defence PFI projects – lenders and project companies in relation to various aspects of operational defence PFI projects, including in relation to the £1.2bn variation to the Allenby & Connaught army accommodation project.
Private rented sector accommodation projects - Long Harbour investment managers on the construction aspects of their accommodation projects in the UK, including an embedded secondment to the Long Harbour team.
Student accommodation projects – lenders in relation to greenfield student accommodation projects, including Pension Insurance Corporation on student accommodation projects at Exeter, Swansea and York universities.
Rumaila oil field redevelopment – BP on the multi-billion dollar redevelopment of the Rumaila oil field near Basra, Iraq, including an embedded secondment to BP.
Montrose Arbroath area redevelopment project – Talisman-Sinopec on the £2bn refurbishment of existing facilities and construction of a bridge-linked platform in the North Sea, including an embedded secondment to the Talisman-Sinopec team.
Building Schools for the Future – a number of BSF projects, including an embedded secondment to the Partnerships for Schools team.
