Jason is a Scottish-qualified Associate within the Planning team at CMS, with experience advising in relation to the consenting of onshore and offshore wind developments, battery storage and commercial developments. Jason joined the Planning team in Glasgow as a newly qualified solicitor in August 2024 having completed his training contract with CMS.
