Acquisition and development of sites for student accommodation in Edinburgh and Stirling providing a total of 329 beds for offshore SPV's controlled by a Hong Kong and Singaporean regulated fund manager, and managed onshore through a UK based FCA regulated private equity investment house.
Acquisition and development of two sites in Edinburgh for a cumulative 650 bed student development for one of the UK's leading listed developers in the student accommodation sector with an end GDV in excess of GBP 64m.
A number of acquisitions for an Edinburgh based residential developer with a primary focus on the acquisition, development and refurbishment of prime Georgian properties to convert back to residential use while incorporating additional new build apartments and mews houses.
