Joe Allen joined the Pensions team at CMS as an associate in 2015, having trained at another City law firm. As well as providing advice to trustees, employers and pension providers on day-to-day pensions matters, he has experience of benefit restructuring, large scale bulk transfers and scheme mergers, governance matters and contentious work such as court applications.
