John has a wide range of experience on all aspects of real estate sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, development, funding and joint venture work.

One of John's main areas of focus is retail development, having acted on some of the most significant retail-led city centre developments over the last 15 years. The joy of development is plotting your way through the range of challenges and issues in all disciplines; maximising the client's returns while minimising the risks and exposure to produce a clean, saleable asset.
