Josie has over 10 years experience acting for institutional landlord clients. Josie’s day to day asset management work includes complex transactions involving retail, offices, and industrial assets. Josie also advises on larger projects including multi-let property acquisitions and disposals, portfolio re-financings, and has advised developers and purchasers on local developments within Sheffield and South Yorkshire and has gained experience across a variety of sectors.

Sheffield Music Academy (on a pro bono basis) in respect of their purchase and development of Harmony Works in Sheffield.
