Juno works in the Real Estate transactions team in Bristol. She has significant experience acting for owners, occupiers and developers with a focus on leisure and retail platforms. She brings sector focus, technical skills and an estate-wide perspective to advise clients from both sides of the transactional table. Her experience means she understands the sector pressures for both asset managers and portfolio occupiers alike.
Juno aims to build consistency for her clients across their estates. Clients appreciate her collaborative style which enables efficient solutions to drive transactions successfully. She advises on strategic and industry changes such as pandemic provisions, exclusivity, rent concessions, turnover rents, index linking, income sharing and capex arrangements, deflator rent and lack of footfall provisions, re-gears, options and re-structures. She has also advised on-site EV charging initiatives, unmanned stores and concession agreements.
Juno recently joined CMS’ Bristol office to broaden the depth of asset management specialists alongside David Abel and Sally Badham. Her principal clients include CBRE Investment Management, CBRE Global Investors, Aberdeen Property Partners, Sainsbury’s supermarkets and M&G Real Estate.
